Welcome to the Reedsburg Business Center

The Business Center is the newest addition to the Reedsburg Industrial Park. The City of Reedsburg and it's Industrial Development Commission has a long history of accommodating business and industry. The 40 acre Business Center is intended for high-tech research office firms that are comfortable in a small town environment with global connections.

Highlights of the Business Center are:

  • campus-like setting with attractive ponds and walking trails
  • served by Verizon and a municipal optic fiber network whose telecommunication utility offices are in the Business Center
  • greenfield sites ranging from 2-6 acres
  • 1/4 mile south of state highways and 12 miles from I-90/94
  • ready-to-build sites with full utilities
  • adjacent to Reedsburg Municipal Airport (5000' runway for general aviation
  • less than one hour from Madison

Location: The Reedsburg Business Center is located 1/2 block south of State Highway 23/33 or Main Street in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. The principal access is via Veterans Drive or Wengel Drive to Zinga Drive.

Acreage Available: The industrial area consists of 25 acres that is divisible in tracts ranging from 2-6 acres.

Land Prices: Parcels are priced at $10,000 per acre. Depending upon the value of the investment, quality of the jobs created and other criteria the Industrial Development Commission may provide assistance to offset the purchase price and other development or startup costs.

Tax Increment District Financing: The newest part of the Industrial Park is in TIF District #4 that was created in 1998. Use of TIF district financing allows the City to install curb, gutter, streets, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and other utilities to the site at no cost to the developer.

Assistance to the business may take the form of Industrial Revenue Bonds, sponsorship of state development grants or compensation for the site preparation costs, relocation or training of new employees.

Zoning: The land is zoned I-4 for high-tech and research office uses. Performance standards insure compatibility between uses.

Existing Buildings: The Reedsburg Industrial Park may have existing buildings for sale. Please ask for more information.
