Pioneer Log Village and Museum is located two miles east of Reedsburg on Highways 23 and 33 featuring seven log buildings for
preservation and viewing which include antique furnishing.
The Pioneer Settlement Displays 1890's log homes, log library, log church and cemetery, blacksmith shop, country school and a country store.
The Pioneer Log Village is located on 52 acres of pine forest and farm fields.
You are invited to bring a picnic lunch or just take a leisurely tour through the village.
All of the buildings have been restored in an effort to preserve the heritage of the Reedsburg area.
This Missouri Synod Lutheran church was built in 1876, roughly on the Sauk and Richland County line on Highway 154.
The Log houses were built about 1850. Visitors to the Pioneer Log Village and Museum are invited to explore the interior of the log houses and see the furnishings that Reedsburg's earliest settlers used in their homes.
Visitors to the Pioneer Log Village and Museum will enjoy tours through three museum buildings containing farm artifacts, furnished kitchen, living room, bedroom.
There is an apothercary shop and a display of Clare Briggs cartoons.
